This policy ("Privacy Policy") has been designed to make you aware that NordicFeel ("NordicFeel", "we", "us") processes your personal information in a legal, appropriate, and secure manner. The privacy policy applies to (i) when NordicFeel provides goods and services to you when purchasing and ordering in any of our stores or on our website www.nordicfeel.eu ("NordicFeel.eu"), (ii) in other contact with us in any of our stores, via NordicFeel.eu, via social platforms, e-mail or telephone and (iii) if you are a member of NordicFeel's customer club ("Customer Club").

5. Why Do We Process Your Personal Information?

NordicFeel Processes your Personal Information for various purposes. In summary, the Processing is carried out with the aim of:

NordicFeel uses Facebook and Instagram as channels to connect with customers and to market and inform about our services. In connection with this, NordicFeel is responsible for Personal Data used in publications and information containing Personal Data and made on the social platforms by you as a user in the form of, for example, comments, pictures and video clips. NordicFeel in no way accepts offensive content that is published on our Social Media. NordicFeel asks our users to report inappropriate content to us so that we can ensure that such content does not remain. NordicFeel can therefore also remove content on social platforms based on what we consider necessary.

8. How long is your Personal Information stored?

 

Your Personal Information will only be stored as long as there is a need to save it to fulfill the purposes for which the Personal Information was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

Existing Customers' Personal Information is stored for marketing purposes only for 24 months after the last purchase. If you have registered as a member of the Customer Club, NordicFeel processes the Personal Information until you unregister your account in the Customer Club or request that we delete certain Personal Information.

 

If you have consented to receive offers from us, we will process your Personal Information for that purpose until you unsubscribe or inform us that you no longer agree to receive offers sent to you. You can do this by (i) contacting us and notifying us in writing or (ii) following the link in the emails.

 

Personal information provided to us in conversation with customer service etc. and that does not result in a purchase, will be deleted 24 months after your case with us is completed.

 

Personal information that is necessary to fulfill any warranty obligations and complaints matters is stored as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill our guarantee commitment.

 

In order to enable NordicFeel to fulfill the legal obligations arising from the law or to be able to safeguard our legal interests (if a legal process is in progress), we may save the Personal Data for a longer period of time. However, personal data is never stored for longer than is necessary or required by law for each purpose.

Right of access

You have the right, in the event that we process your Personal Data with your consent or to fulfill a contractual obligation with you, to require that we provide all Personal Information that we have about you and that is processed in an automated way, in a machine-readable format, which, for example, can be an Excel file or a CSV file. If technically possible, you further have the right to request that we transfer your Personal Data to another personal data controller.

 

Right to object

You have the right to object to our Processing of your Personal Data if the Processing uses support of our legitimate business interest and after a weighing of interests. In these cases, NordicFeel will ask you to specify which Processing you object to. 12. Profiling

 

NordicFeel will analyze your purchase history, your buying behavior and your behavior on NordicFeel.eu in order to gain more knowledge about you as a customer and our customers in general and to improve our offers (this is called "Profiling"). For the same purpose, we may also process any personal wishes or preferences that you have provided to us, e.g. information that you are interested in a particular category of goods. 13. To whom do we transfer your Personal Information?

 

To provide some of our services and products, we employ selected third parties. This means that we share some of the Personal Information we have collected about you with these, for example to NordicFeel's Group companies and other business partners such as card and communication service providers or who provide printing and distribution. In connection with such sharing or transfer of your Personal Information, NordicFeel takes technical and organizational measures to ensure that your Personal Information is handled in a safe and secure manner.
