Purchase and Shipping Terms


As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase at no charge in the case of delayed delivery if you do not approve a new delivery date. If you wish to make a claim for refund, contact customer service at info@nordicfeel.se. Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a fee of 25€. So that you can feel secure with your order, all packages we sent are control weighed.


Our prices include 25% tax. Purchases within the EU/EEA will not be subject to VAT or Import Duties.

Cancellation Right

When purchasing goods from us, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase agreement without stating any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods (right of withdrawal). However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons when the seal is broken and the seal has been broken by you as a consumer. If you have ordered several goods that are delivered individually, or a product that is delivered in several parts at different times, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the last item and the last part of the item respectively. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must leave a clear message to us, containing your name, address and possibly telephone number and e-mail address, that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, preferably via e-mail, info@nordicfeel.se.


To be considered to have notified us of your will exercise of the right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you submit your notice that you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have received the item, contact our customer service at info@nordicfeel.se for information on how to return the product(s).


If you cancel the purchase agreement, we will refund all payments we received from you as well as your delivery costs. However, any additional delivery costs as a result of choosing a different delivery method than the least expensive method we offer will not be refunded. Refunds are also not made for the costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by ordinary mail. You will have to pay the direct costs of returning such goods.The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately 150 SEK. Furthermore, we have the right to charge you as a consumer for a product's depreciation to the extent that the depreciation is due to the fact that you handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its characteristics or function.


Refunds will be made without undue delay and always within 14 days of the day we were notified of your decision to cancel the agreement, provided we have received the item in return within that time, or received a receipt showing that the item has been returned to us . We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you yourself used for the purchase, unless we explicitly agree on some other means of repayment.

By shopping with us, you as the customer have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.

In order for a return to be approved, the product and packaging must be in good condition. That is to say the packaging cannot be torn or broken. If the product itself is opened or tested, we can unfortunately not accept a return for hygiene concerns.

When the item is returned to us due to defect, it will be examined and if we approve the complaint we will deal with the complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (1990: 932) by primarily repairing the item or delivering a new item. If applicable, the price may be reduced instead or we will refund the cost of the goods to you.


Upon approved complaint, we are responsible for your shipping costs and any other costs that you incurred as a result of the complaint. However, costs for shipping or other costs arising from approved complaints are only reimbursed with proof of receipt. Even if we accept a complaint, you as a customer are always obliged to limit your costs as a result of the complaint. Thus, only justifiable costs are reimbursed.


The item will be examined in accordance with the description of any errors you as a customer submit in connection with the complaint. It is therefore important that you leave as detailed a description as possible. If the product after investigation is found to be flawless or subject to external damage and the complaint is therefore not approved, you as a customer will be charged our cost for examining the product and shipping cost.
