I'm unhappy with my purchase, I want return it

By shopping with us, you as the customer have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.In order for a return to be approved, the product and packaging must be in good condition. That is to say the packaging cannot be torn or broken. If the product itself is opened or tested, we can unfortunately not accept a return for hygiene concerns.

If you wish to return your purchase, contact customer service at info@nordcfeel.se to recieve a return shipping label. We do not refund personally paid postage.
