I want to make a return

By shopping with us, you as the customer have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.
In order for a return to be approved, the product and packaging must be in good condition. That is to say the packaging cannot be torn or broken. If the product itself is opened or tested, we can unfortunately not accept a return for hygiene concerns.

I want to make a claim because of shipping issues

Sometimes, unfortunately, packages are damaged under transport.  If your products have been damaged and it appears to have been caused by transport, please contact us at info@nordicfeel.se. When we ship a package, we weigh all products together with the packaging. When the package is handed over to the postal service, it is weighed again and the weight should match exactly. All items on the receipt must be scanned before a package can be sent from us. A control in our packing system shows that all items in an order have been scanned each therefore can say with certainty that all items are in the package when it leaves us.If anything is missing when your package arrives, something has been removed during shipping and should be reported to Postnord. It is important you save your packages sticker and make your complaint within 7 days of receiving it. Complaints can be made at Postnord's Website
